At The Find Store, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all home decor pieces are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger furniture items.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
